Claudio needs to do a Fisher statistics meta-analysis of PCA d/reset
Claudio needs to do Fisher analysis on a bunch of PCA directions.
It's probably easiest to pop up a new window for this.

Now implemented -- imperfectly, but the imperfection is open as
ticket #40 so I'm closing this one.
